How Julie fitted her eating plan into her life (and waved goodbye to elasticated jeans).Life was getting busy - I'd just changed jobs and sold my business, and I suddenly had a lot of extra time on my hands. And, it seems, I filled that time with eating – lots and lots of eating.
The motivation I needed I knew I was putting on weight, but I didn't feel too bad about it. Well, not until I heard a blunt remark about my size from someone I hadn't seen in months. While it was horrible to hear, I couldn't deny it. I was definitely bigger and had even started steering away from the fun, bright clothes I'd always loved. When it came to my initial motivation, that was the push I needed to do something about my weight.
