When you sign up for WW, we’ll ask you a series of questions via our PersonalPoints™ Engine, and then set daily and weekly activity targets that are right for you. For every Point earned from activity, a Point will be added to your weekly PersonalPoints™ Budget. High intensity or strength workouts will earn you the most Points®, but all movement counts (including that furious house-clean before a last-minute get-together). The Points® you earn are calculated by the intensity of your activity and your metabolic rate (determined by your age, height and weight, and biological sex).
