In addition to being FREE (wahoo!) and packed with easy recipes, all meal plans include SmartPoints values for each of our three customised plans. Plus, they're printable, so you can print them out and stick them on your fridge to keep you on track, and let the family know what's on the menu.

All you need to do now is stock up on ingredients at your local supermarket and enjoy every last bite of the recipes below. As delicious as they are filling, each recipe has been hand-picked by our in-house nutritionists to help you power through your day. We've included snacks, desserts and meals out at restaurants like Pho.

What will I eat on WW?

The most important question on everyone's lips when starting a new weight loss programme! The answer is anything, and we really do mean that. As long as you stick to your SmartPoints Budget, you can eat whatever you like. 

You'll find it easier to stay within your Budget if you build meals around ZeroPoint™ foods (foods you don't have to track). These differ depending on which customised myWW® plan you're following, but may include skinless chicken and turkey breast, seafood, eggs, plain fat-free Greek yogurt and most fruits and veg. If you're on Purple, wholewheat pasta and brown rice are ZeroPoint foods!

Because nothing's off the menu, you don't have to give up dessert or your favourite tipple. Plus, you can still eat out at cafes and restaurants with friends and family - check out our SmartPoints guides to popular restaurants including Nando's, Pizza Express and more.

You don't have to buy any special 'diet' foods, either. You'll eat and enjoy real food that you can find in your local supermarket.
