Community Support Coach I'm a mum of one, but as he's now all grown up and flown the nest, I find myself living on my own. I'm a social butterfly and find cooking for one can be a chore, so I tend to batch cook a lot. I enjoy activity and exercise and I use it to boost my mental health and general wellbeing. My two core pillars are activity and mindest because I've seen the benefits myself and I truly believe that your mindset can make or break your achievements.
