Resistance Bands: Join us for a 20 minute session with a fantastic playlist structured as a warm up, main band session and cool down and stretch. Taught from the chair, so suitable for all mobilities. No resistance bands? No problem, use dumbbells or tins. Resistance workouts offer opportunities to build your agility and strength whilst getting a great workout. Open to all and everyone welcome.
