Oats are super versitile! WW Coach Nikki shows you how to turn them into baked choc orange goodness.

1 medium, cut in half

Dry rolled oats

cup(s), (30g)

Wheat bran

1½ tbs

Baking powder

½ tsp

Cocoa powder

1 tbs

Unsweetened almond milk

cup(s), (65ml)

Orange rind

1 tbs, finely grated

Freshly squeezed orange juice

1 tbs

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

1 tbs

½ small, chopped

Diet chocolate topping

2 tsp

Cocoa nibs

½ tsp

  1. Mash half the banana in a small bowl. Add oats, bran, a pinch of salt, baking powder, cocoa, almond milk, 2 teaspoons orange rind and juice. Stir to combine.
  2. Pour half the oat mixture into a small ovenproof dish or ramekin. Slice remaining banana. Press three-quarters of the banana slices into oat mixture, arranging them on their side to form a circular shape. Spoon over remaining oat mixture. Top with remaining banana slices and 1 teaspoon orange rind.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180℃. Add dish to basket and air fry for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crisp on top. Dollop with yoghurt, orange, chocolate topping, remaining orange rind and cocoa nibs to serve.

TIP: If you don’t have an air fryer, bake in a 180℃ oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crisp on top.
