Apple pie overnight oats
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
¼ cup(s), (60g)
Vanilla bean paste
No added sugar apple puree
½ cup(s), (45g)
Apple, granny smith, unpeeled, fresh
½ medium, coarsely grated
2 individual, pitted, coarsely chopped
- Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla, apple purée, oats, apple and half the dates in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or reusable container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with remaining dates, drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
