Ingredients

skim milk

cup(s), (80ml)

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

¼ cup(s), (60g)

vanilla bean paste

½ tsp

no added sugar apple puree

2 tbs

quick oats

½ cup(s), (45g)

apple

½ medium, green, coarsely grated

fresh dates

2 individual, pitted, coarsely chopped

ground cinnamon

¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla, apple puree, oats, grated apple and half the dates in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or airtight container. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining dates to serve.

Notes

TIP: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. VARIATION: Swap apple for ½ pear (grated).
