Apple pie overnight oats
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
¼ cup(s), (60g)
vanilla bean paste
no added sugar apple puree
½ cup(s), (45g)
½ medium, green, coarsely grated
2 individual, pitted, coarsely chopped
- Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla, apple puree, oats, grated apple and half the dates in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or airtight container. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and remaining dates to serve.
