Sometimes simple is best! This is easy, affordable and delicious staple can be enjoyed with a drizzle of honey, for a warm start to your morning. You can vary things up adding your own toppings like apple and hazelnuts or banana and cacao nibs.

Ingredients

Rolled oats, dry

cup(s), (60g)

Skim milk

cup(s), (160ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk and ⅔ cup (160ml) water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes or until oats are soft and creamy. Serve.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Drizzle with honey.
