Anna's salted caramel and coconut bliss balls

Fresh dates

200 g, pitted and chopped

Dry rolled oats

100 g

Maple syrup

2 tsp

Shredded or desiccated coconut

35 g

Sea salt

½ tsp


  1. Add dates to a food processor and pulse twice, 3 seconds at a time to break down dates. Add oats, maple syrup, 20g coconut and salt and blitz until a soft dough forms.
  2. Place coconut on a plate. Roll 3 teaspoons (16g) of the mixture into a ball. Repeat to make 20 balls. Roll balls in coconut to coat and place on a plate. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.
