Notes

Place 1 cup baby spinach in a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Toss lightly for 30 seconds or until spinach has just wilted. Toast 1 poppyseed bagel and spread sides with 1 tbs light cream cheese. Top one half with wilted spinach and 6 cherry tomatoes (halved).
