Scrambled eggs with spinach on toast

1 x 3 second spray(s)
soy and linseed bread
2 slice(s), , toasted
Beat eggs, egg white, milk and chives in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.Spray a non-stick heavy based frying-pan with oil and place over medium-high heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, or until eggs are light and fluffy. Add spinach leaves and cook for a further 1 minute to wilt leaves. Serve with toast.
