Salmon & cream cheese crispbreads
reduced-fat cream cheese
capers, rinsed, drained

1 medium, sliced into sticks
2 wholegrain crispbreads spread with 2 tbs reduced-fat cream cheese,2 tsp capers and 2 slices (50g) smoked salmon. Top with ½ cup baby rocket leaves and serve with 4 Lebanese cucumber sticks and 3 cherry tomatoes.
