Rustic cauliflower spaghetti

Steam 1 cup cauliflower florets. Fry 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 sliced red onion, 2 tbs breadcrumbs and a pinch of chilli flakes in 1 tsp olive oil. Add cauliflower, 2 chopped anchovy fillets and 1 tsp toasted pine nuts and stir for 2 minutes. Toss through 1 cup cooked spaghetti with 1 tbs Parmesan cheese and 1 tbs parsley. Serve with a salad made from 1 cup mesclun mixed leafy greens and 4 halved cherry tomatoes.
