Pan-fried pork with sweet potato

Pan fry pork with sunflower oil. Add pear slices and fry until cooked. Wilt silverbeet in the pan. Steam broccolini and sweet potato. Mash the sweet potato. Top the pork with pear and serve with mash and vegetables. Sprinkle with seeds.
