Date, vanilla and hazelnut Porridge
Rolled oats, dry
vanilla bean extract
10 g, (1 tbs) toasted, chopped
Combine 1/3 cup traditional rolled oats, ½ tsp vanilla bean paste, 2 dried dates (pitted, chopped) and 150ml skim milk in a saucepan. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Serve with 50ml skim milk and topped with 1 tbs hazelnuts (toasted, chopped).
