Boil the potato in salted water until tender, then mash. Spray a saucepan with oil and add celery, onion and corn. Cook over a medium heat until tender. Add bacon and milk and bring to the boil. Stir in potato. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Seasonn to taste with salt and pepper and chilli sauce. Serve with toast.
