Chicken pilaf

Maggi Stock Cubes, Chicken

1 individual, , (dissolved in 250ml hot water)

Skinless chicken breast, grilled or barbecued

60 g, , chopped

fresh green peas

½ cup(s), , (or frozen)

fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 tbs, , chopped

fresh coriander

1 tbs, , (1 tbs)


Spray a saucepan with oil. Place over medium heat. Add onion and curry powder and cook until onion is tender. Add the rice and stir. Pour in stock, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Stir through chicken, peas, parsley and coriander. Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes. Season and serve.
