Shredded chicken is tossed in a yogurt hot sauce that’s accented with fresh dill and pickles for a low-fat sandwich filling loaded with lots of yummy flavours.

Ingredients

WW White Bread

2 slice(s), toasted

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

¼ cup(s)

Hot sauce

1 tbsp(s), Franks variety

Fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp(s)

Bread and butter pickles

1 tbsp(s), finely chopped

Fresh dill

2 tsp(s), finely chopped

Dijon mustard

1 tsp(s)

Table salt

Black pepper

Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast

3 oz, shredded

Celery

¼ cup(s), diced

Butterhead lettuce

Instructions

  1. Stir together yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, pickles, dill, mustard, salt and pepper until blended. Toss with chicken and celery until well combined.
  2. Assemble spicy chicken salad with lettuce between toasted slices of bread.
