Cooking spray

Uncooked 99% fat-free ground turkey breast

400 gm

Garlic clove(s)

3 clove(s), large, minced

Ginger root

30 gm(s), minced

Packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

Rice vinegar

3 tbsp(s)

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Uncooked scallion(s)

1 medium, chopped

  1. Spray a hot frying pan or wok with cooking spray. Fully cook the ground turkey.
  2. Mince the fresh garlic and ginger and add to the frying pan/wok.
  3. Add coleslaw mix and rice wine vinegar . Stir fry until the coleslaw mix is soft and semi-wilted.
  4. Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Add scallions and top with sesame seeds. Spice it up with some hot sauce if desired!
