Uncooked 99% fat-free ground turkey breast
3 clove(s), large, minced
30 gm(s), minced
Packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1 medium, chopped
- Spray a hot frying pan or wok with cooking spray. Fully cook the ground turkey.
- Mince the fresh garlic and ginger and add to the frying pan/wok.
- Add coleslaw mix and rice wine vinegar . Stir fry until the coleslaw mix is soft and semi-wilted.
- Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add scallions and top with sesame seeds. Spice it up with some hot sauce if desired!
