A trio of convenience foods comes together to make this soulful pot of soup. First up is frozen potstickers, which stand in for homemade wontons. They’re savoury, delicious, and always great to have on hand for a speedy dinner. Next is packaged chicken stock, one of the hardest working ingredients in any well-stocked kitchen. Finally, matchstick-cut carrots provide a little crunch and sweetness and, because they’re already prepped, save you valuable time. Don’t skimp on the finishing drizzle of toasted sesame oil; it elevates all the flavours.
