Grab your nonstick muffin tin for these perfectly portioned pizzas. You can leave out the turkey pepperoni if you prefer a meatless pie, and top these with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms, or spinach to make deep dish veggie pizzas instead. Great garnishes include hot pepper flakes and chopped fresh basil.

Frozen pizza crust dough

1 pound(s), defrosted (or refrigerated dough)

Store-bought pizza sauce

¾ cup(s)

Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

18 tbsp(s), (1 cup plus 2 tbsp)

Small, thinly sliced turkey pepperoni

24 piece(s), chopped

Crushed red pepper flakes

1 pinch, optional

Fresh basil

1 tbsp(s), optional


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray. Divide pizza dough into 12 even-sized pieces and press into bottom and up sides of each cup.
  2. In each dough-lined muffin cup, place 1 tbsp sauce, 11⁄2 tbsp cheese, and 2 slices chopped pepperoni.
  3. Bake until crust is browned, about 15 minutes. Let cool 3 to 4 minutes in tin before removing.
  4. Serving size: 1 pizza
