Mini deep dish pepperoni pizzas
Frozen pizza crust dough

Store-bought pizza sauce
Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
18 tbsp(s), (1 cup plus 2 tbsp)
Small, thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
24 piece(s), chopped
Crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch, optional
1 tbsp(s), optional
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray. Divide pizza dough into 12 even-sized pieces and press into bottom and up sides of each cup.
- In each dough-lined muffin cup, place 1 tbsp sauce, 11⁄2 tbsp cheese, and 2 slices chopped pepperoni.
- Bake until crust is browned, about 15 minutes. Let cool 3 to 4 minutes in tin before removing.
- Serving size: 1 pizza
