Matcha (green tea powder)

Water

4 fl oz, very hot

Premade whey protein shake

8 fl oz, vanilla flavour

Instructions

  1. Sift the green tea powder into a mug or small bowl. Add the hot water to the green tea powder and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the protein shake to a glass of ice. Stir in green tea.
