Our pumpkin latte contains real pumpkin—and enough of it so that you can actually taste it—plus the warm, fragrant spices you expect. We love unsweetened almond milk for this recipe because it’s rich, creamy, and low in SmartPoints. The coffee mixture is barely sweetened and capped off with a little whipped cream for an indulgent finish.

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instant espresso powder

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together almond milk, pumpkin puree, espresso powder, sugar, and pie spice. Cook, whisking frequently, until hot but not boiling, 4 to 5 minutes. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream.
