- Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F). Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, until you have a smooth batter. Whisk in vanilla, almond extra, zest, salt, and milk. Stir in granulated sugar and set aside.
- Heat a 20-cm (8-inch) flameproof skillet or metal pie pan over low heat until warm. Remove from heat and quickly brush with oil. Pour in batter, scatter berries on top, and sprinkle on almonds.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until clafoutis is puffed and golden. Slice into 6 pieces, and dust with icing sugar to serve.
