Making three meals a day (plus snacks) can feel like a never-ending cycle of grocery shopping, cooking, and doing dishes, but quick and easy recipes make that process a lot less heavy to bear.

When you’re looking for quick and easy recipes, you want to think about prep time, cleanup, and anything that can do double duty – like a sheet pan that cooks your protein and your veg, or a dinner whose leftovers can be packed up for an easy lunch tomorrow. Let’s take a look at some of our easiest WW recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast

When it comes to breakfast, eggs and oats are your friends – they’re both ingredients that are easy to work with and lend themselves well to being prepped ahead of time. Take overnight oats, for example – there’s a reason you’ve been seeing recipes for them all over Instagram and Pinterest for the past couple years. You basically set them and forget them before going to bed, and they are completely customizable with a whole range of flavours. Our popular Chia Berry Overnight Oats is such an easy breakfast recipe, and you can easily mix and match different berries or add things like peanut butter or chocolate protein powder for a different vibe.

Eggs are also an easy breakfast food that are high in protein and quick to prepare., Our Easy Mug Omelette, takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. , For a make ahead recipe you can keep in the fridge or freezer for breakfasts on the go, try our Veggie Egg Cups made in a muffin tin.

Another great prep-ahead breakfast idea is smoothie bags; where you prep all your favourite smoothie ingredients in individual portions and have them ready to go in a freezer bag, then just pour them in a blender and add water or your milk of choice and whizz up a drinkable breakfast.

Lunch

For lunch, nothing’s more classic or easy than soup and sandwiches. Our Easy Yellow Squash, Pepper, and Spinach Soup has easy right in the name because it takes less than half an hour to make, start to finish. It hacks prep time by using frozen bell pepper and onion to make everything come together faster. If you have more time on your hands, you can try our Garden Vegetable Soup, which requires a bit more prep but then can be left to simmer slowly on the stove while you work or get chores done.

If sandwiches are more your vibe, we love the Italian Tuna and Artichoke Tramezzini, a crustless version of a classic tuna salad sandwich that feels way more fun and upscale to eat. It only takes 10 minutes to make, so it's an easy lunch recipe you can rotate throughout the week, and would pair perfectly with a cup of one of those soups on a chilly day.

Dinner

Cooking at the end of the day is often a hard sell, but with these easy dinner recipes it’s way more appealing. Our Sheet-pan Salmon and Asparagus takes only 15 minutes from start to finish and is all cooked on one sheet pan, making cleanup a breeze. Sheet-pan dinners are a great way to get a balanced meal in a short amount of time with minimal dishes afterward – feel free to swap in other vegetables and proteins, just be sure to adjust your cooking time for denser options such as chicken breasts.

For a meatless easy dinner idea try Tofu & Broccoli Stir-Fry with Garlic Sauce, a super flavourful meal that takes 30 minutes to get on the table. Leftovers will taste just as good if not better the next day, so this can easily become an easy dinner and an easy lunch all in one.
