Victoria's air-fryer chicken nuggets

Skinless chicken breast
500 g, sliced lengthways

Garlic, dried, powder or flakes

- Combine chicken and buttermilk in a large container. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Combine breadcrumbs, paprika and garlic in a large container. Season with salt and pepper. Drain chicken and cut into 3cm pieces. Place chicken into crumb mixture, seal container, then shake until chicken is evenly coated.
- Lightly spray a 7.5L air fryer basket with oil. Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place chicken nuggets in air fryer basket and air fry for 5 minutes. Remove basket and gently shake chicken, lightly spray with oil and air fry for a further 5 minutes, or until golden brown and chicken is cooked through. Serve.
You can make your own buttermilk by combining 1 cup (250ml) skim milk with 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
