Victoria's air-fryer chicken nuggets

WW Ambassador Victoria shows you how to make super tasty quick chicken nuggets in the air fryer. Shake and bake, baby!


Raw skinless chicken breast

500 g, cut lengthways into 3cm thick strips


1 cup(s), (250ml)

Panko breadcrumbs

1 cup(s), (60g)

Smoked paprika

½ tsp

Garlic powder or flakes

½ tsp, (powder)

Oil spray

2 x 3 second spray(s)


  1. Combine chicken and buttermilk in a large container. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, paprika and garlic in a large container. Season with salt and pepper. Drain chicken and cut into 3cm pieces. Place chicken into crumb mixture, seal container, then shake until chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Lightly spray a 7.5L air fryer basket with oil. Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place chicken nuggets in air fryer basket and air fry for 5 minutes. Remove basket and gently shake chicken, lightly spray with oil and air fry for a further 5 minutes, or until golden brown and chicken is cooked through. Serve.


You can make your own buttermilk by combining 1 cup (250ml) skim milk with 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
