Strawberry and caramel sundaes

A little dish of something cool and creamy is the perfect finale to your meal.

Ingredients

Fresh strawberries

250 g, hulled, thinly sliced

Low fat crème caramel

4 tub(s)

Extra light sour cream

¼ cup(s)

Almond bread

8 individual, to serve

Orange liqueur

20 ml, or Frangelico

Instructions

  1. Place strawberries and Frangelico in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Place crème caramels and sour cream in a bowl and stir until smooth. Divide half the crème caramel mixture between 4 small serving glasses.
  3. Top with half the strawberry mixture. Repeat layers and serve with almond bread.

Notes

TIP: You can use any type of liqueur, such as Frangelico, Grand Marnier or brandy.
