Ingredients

Quinoa flour

1 cup(s), (180g)

Baking powder

1 tsp

Green shallot(s)

2 individual, thinly sliced

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

½ cup(s), (120g)

Oil spray

2 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a chargrill or barbecue with oil and preheat over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, shallots and yoghurt in a bowl. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Divide dough into 4 even pieces. Roll each piece into a 10 cm round.
  3. Lightly spray rounds with oil and cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden.
