Topped with a drizzle of chocolate for an extra treat, these tempting muffins couldn't be simpler.
3 large, very ripe, peeled, chopped (about 350g)
4 medium, lightly beaten

- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 6-hole ⅓ cup (80ml) capacity muffin tray with paper cases.
- Process bananas, eggs and cocoa powder in a food processor or blender until smooth. Divide the mixture between the paper cases. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the centre of muffins comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- Place chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on High (100%) for 30 seconds or until just melted. Stir until smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate over muffins to serve.
