Apple and blackberry nut crumble
This crumbly dessert is so easy you can have it on the table in less than 30 minutes. The soft baked fruit filling is topped with a yummy oat and nut bar mixture.
Red apple, peeled
Dry rolled oats
½ cup(s), (45g)
Reduced fat oil spread
1 tbs, melted
WW Nut Bar, Nut Deluxe
1 individual, chopped
4 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Combine apple and blackberries in a medium bowl. Lightly spray four 1-cup (250ml) capacity ovenproof dishes with oil. Divide apple mixture among dishes.
- Combine oats, spread, maple syrup and nut bar in a medium bowl. Spoon oat mixture onto apple mixture in dishes. Place dishes on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until topping is golden and crisp. Serve.
