Notes

Stir-fry green prawns sprinkled with chilli flakes and pepper with a little canola oil. Prepare vermicelli noodles following packet instructions. Combine with sliced carrot, cucumber, cabbage and green shallots. Top with prawns and fresh coriander. Follow with Ski Soleil Yoghurt.
