Skinless chicken breast

140 g, , excess fat trimmed, thinly sliced

Garlic

Fresh ginger

1 tsp, , finely grated

fresh red chilli

Mushrooms

Bok choy

2 bunch(es), , ends trimmed, halved

Broccoli

oyster sauce

Notes

Heat a large non-stick frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Spray with oil. Add chicken and stir-fry, in batches until brown. Transfer to a bowl. Re-spray wok with oil. Add garlic, ginger and chilli and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, bok choy, broccoli, oyster sauce, soy sauce and stock. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Return chicken and noodles to wok and cook for 1 minute to heat through.
