Egg & salad wrap
Beetroot, canned in brine, drained
1 medium, sliced
mixed salad leaves
Spread 1 piece rye mountain bread with 1 tbs avocado and top with 2 sliced, 1 chopped boiled egg, 2 slices canned, drained beetroot, 1/2 medium grated carrot and 1/2 cup salad leaves. Roll to enclose.
