Notes

Combine 20g of 97% fat free deli sliced ham (sliced) with ½ tsp of Dijon mustard and 1 green shallot (thinly sliced). Place mixture into a ramekin lightly sprayed with oil and top with 1 egg. Sprinkle with 1 tbs of Bega country light 50% less fat tasty cheese. Place ramekin in a baking dish of boiling water and bake for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with green shallots (thinly sliced) and 2 (35g) slices of wholegrain bread.
