Instructions

  1. While preparing Bolognese (refer to Vegan Bolognese 3 Ways by Chef Rodney Bowers – Sauce for instructions), boil a large pot of salted water.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions (approximately 8-9 minutes). Once cooked, strain and set aside.
  3. Serving size: plate 1 cup of spaghetti with 3/4 cup of Bolognese sauce
