Two-bite key lime tarts
Mini phyllo shell(s)
4 oz, light
Plain lowfat Greek yogurt
Fresh lime juice
2 item(s), zest of 2 limes, removed in strips with citrus zester or grated
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place phyllo shells on small baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer shells to wire rack and let cool.
- Meanwhile, combine cream cheese and yogurt in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in sugar, lime juice, vanilla, and half of lime zest. Spoon or pipe mixture into phyllo cups. Garnish each tart with lime zest and a few sliced almonds. Serve immediately.
