Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat the inside of a 10-inch cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet with the cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add the yogurt and stir to bring together, then knead the dough in the bowl with hands until smooth (about 2 minutes).
  3. Stretch and spread dough to cover the bottom of the prepared skillet in an even layer. Spoon the marinara sauce on top and sprinkle with 2/3 of the cheese. Top with the pepperoni. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  4. Bake 30 minutes, or until dough is cooked through and cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
  5. Serving size: 1/6 of pizza
