Featuring a zesty mayonnaise blend of lime juice, spicy chipotle peppers and cilantro, this wrap is a great meal for one, especially when time is tight or you need to make something portable. Crunchy romaine and creamy rich avocado pair well with the turkey and add so much to the wrap. Want even more veggies? Add some fresh red bell pepper slices to the wrap for a sweet hit and even more crunch. Finish your plate with some cut fruit. Mango slices with some cayenne and lime juice are a great way to stay Southwestern in flavour.

Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together cilantro, mayonnaise, chipotles, and lime juice. Spread over one side of the tortilla.

Top with the romaine, turkey, tomato, and avocado, and roll up the tortilla.
