Hard boiled egg(s)
1 large egg(s), halved lengthwise
Smoked turkey breast
½ oz, (1/2 slice)
Fresh cherry tomato(es)
1 medium, thinly sliced
3 leaf/leaves, baby, or watercress sprigs
- Spread cut side of 1 egg half with mustard. Top other egg half with tomato, turkey slice, folded to fit, and arugula.
- Top with other half, cut side down. Secure with toothpick.
