Ingredients

Cooked lean ground sirloin

1 pound(s)

Dehydrated onion flakes

2 tbsp(s), minced

Garlic salt

1½ tsp(s)

Black pepper

½ pinch(es)

Olive oil

2 tsp(s)

Cremini mushrooms

1 cup(s), or button mushrooms, sliced

All-purpose flour

1 tbsp(s)

Canned beef broth

14½ oz, reduced-sodium

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sirloin, minced onion, garlic salt and pepper; mix well and shape mixture into four 1/4-inch-thick patties.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook until browned, about 1 minute per side; remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  3. To the same skillet, over medium-high heat, add mushrooms and cook until tender and releasing juices, about 3 minutes. Add flour and stir to coat mushrooms; add broth and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Return patties to pan and simmer 2 minutes, until sauce thickens and patties are cooked through.
