These gorgeous-looking drinks are both fruity and festive. It's an easy go-to-cocktail for celebrations both big and small. This recipe serves 4, but you can easily scale it up using a pitcher or punch bowl if you want to assemble it for a crowd. It requires only 3 ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to make; it really doesn't get much more convenient than that. All you have to do is mix together some raspberry fruit juice and Prosecco in a bowl. Divide among 4 champagne glasses. Place fresh raspberries in each glass as a garnish. You can substitute your favorite berries and fruit juice, but we love the color and flavor raspberry juice produces and how well it complements the sparkling wine.

Ingredients

Fruit juice

8 fl oz, raspberry-flavour (1 cup)

Prosecco

1¾ cup(s), or other sparkling wine

Raspberries

½ cup(s), fresh or frozen (12 raspberries)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix raspberry juice with Prosecco; divide among 4 champagne glasses. Drop 3 raspberries in each glass; serve immediately.
  2. Yields about 2/3 cup per serving.
