Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins by Coach Emily
High protein pancake mix
2 cup(s), preferably kodiak cakes power cakes mix (or similar)
Dark chocolate chips
3 tbsp(s), preferably Lily's dark chocolate premium baking chips
2 large egg(s)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, mash bananas and mix well with wet ingredients
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, combine well, and then add chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups with batter. Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and serve!
