Juicy Turkey Burgers with Creamy Pesto Spread
Uncooked 99% fat-free ground turkey breast
Grated Parmesan cheese

- Coat an outdoor grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium-high (about 450°F).
- Meanwhile, place the turkey in a large bowl. Add the cheese, basil, salt, and garlic powder; mix with your hands until well combined. Add the cauliflower rice; mix until thoroughly incorporated. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a ¾-inch-thick patty.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and pesto. Arrange the turkey patties on the grill rack. Close the grill lid and grill until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Spread 1 tablespoon pesto over the cut side of each top and bottom bun half. Arrange 1 patty on the bottom half of each bun; top with 1 onion slice, 1 tomato slice, 1 lettuce leaf, and top half of the bun.
