Serve over white rice with a side of cooked vegetables to make a salmon grain bowl.

Ingredients

Honey

¼ cup(s)

Low sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp(s)

Apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp(s)

Garlic clove

2 clove(s), medium, minced

Olive oil

1 tbsp(s)

Uncooked skinless wild salmon fillet

1½ pound(s), 4 [6 oz] fillets

Table salt

4 pinch(es), or to taste

Black pepper

4 pinch(es), or to taste

Lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and olive oil. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Pour the honey and soy sauce mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure each fillet is evenly coated.
  3. Bake the salmon until cooked through and flaky, 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serving size: 1 fillet
