Fat-free cottage cheese gets pureed in a mini food processor until smooth, then combined with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. The resulting dip is rich, tangy, and creamy, with a taste akin to ranch dip. You can make the dip up to a day or two ahead if you’d like; the flavours will just continue to get better. Serve with your favourite crudités as an appetizer or snack, or tuck some veggies and dip in your lunch bag to brighten up your midday meal.
