Easy Buffalo chicken salad
Classic Buffalo chicken gets the salad treatment in this easy, no-cook recipe. Feel free to dial the heat up or down and experiment with different crunchy veggies to add to the mix, like fresh bell pepper strips, shredded cabbage, corn kernels, or cucumbers.
Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)
2 oz, shredded
Reduced fat crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup(s), sliced
¼ cup(s), shredded
1 stalk(s), medium, thinly sliced
Fresh mixed greens
- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken, blue cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the radishes, carrots, and celery. Toss to combine.
- Arrange the greens in a shallow bowl. Top with the chicken mixture.
