Think of this recipe as your back-pocket go-to for do-it-all chicken breasts. It delivers super-easy, deliciously seasoned chicken that you can slice, chop, or shred for lettuce salads, chicken salads, quesadillas, sandwiches, pizzas, tacos, and more. The seasoning is simple but delicious—and not so specific that it limits the possibilities of the chicken. For more robust flavour, go with smoked paprika, or lean on regular paprika for something subtler. We prefer four-ounce breasts here; if yours are larger, trim them to size so they’ll cook evenly and quickly.
