This classic creamy recipe got a delicious makeover. The buttermilk, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar give it an irresistible zing. The honey adds just enough sweetness to balance the flavour without making the dressing overly sweet. Make it to accompany grilled chicken, pork or beef or to serve with barbecue sandwiches. To cut back on prep work, look for bagged cole slaw mix in the produce section of your supermarket. You can also use bagged broccoli slaw mix in its place. If you're not eating this recipe right away, combine the vegetables in a separate bowl and then toss with dressing just before eating.
