Light mayonnaise

In a large bowl, stir the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, parsley, onion, cumin seeds, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the chicken, celery, and grapes.

Divide the greens among 4 plates. Top with the chicken salad.
