Ingredients
Uncooked orecchiette pasta
7 oz
Cherry tomatoes
3 cup(s), chopped
Red onion
1 small, finely chopped
Bocconcini
3 oz, chopped
Fresh basil
½ cup(s), small leaves, plus extra for garnish
Fat-free balsamic vinaigrette dressing
2 tbsp(s)
Instructions

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, following package instructions, or until just tender. Drain. Rinse under cold water and drain. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add tomatoes, onion, bocconcini, basil and dressing to pasta and toss to combine. Set aside for 10–15 minutes before serving.
